How to collaborate

Collaborative Research with CRDAM

The CRDAM center welcomes any proposals for collaborative research to develop and provide a new academic insight for new materials.

Applicants are full-time researchers including postdoc researchers who belong to national / public / private universities and technical colleges, national public research institutes, private companies, or are approved by the director of the center.
Graduate and undergraduate students in a technical college can be collaborators, and the students must belong to a department and have an academic supervisor.
Researchers who do not belong to academic institutions can also apply, but the content of the application should be academic and the results must be reported. If not, please apply to “Joint research with private companies”.
Even if an applicant has an intention to continue the same proposal, the research period is up to 3 years including the year when the research started, and you need to report the research results every year.

Research proposals	Apply for joint research from the Web site

Acceptance or rejection	The application form will be evaluated by multiple reviewers, and will be determined as adopted or rejected by the Joint Research Adoption Committee. The results will be notified to the applicants directly.

Domestic		Abroad
Dates for the collaborative research	CRDAM receives the application four times a year. If the application is accepted in December, the research will be conducted from April 1st to the end of March of the following year. If it is accepted at any other time, it will be implemented from the date of acceptance until the end of March of the following year. Applicants from overseas can study the accepted proposal for one year regardless of the date of acceptance.

Research report	Please submit the joint research report from the website in early April of the following year. Please register and list the oral presentation and the published paper as a result of the proposed research separately on the Web.	To be submitted within three months of the end of the collaborative research project.
